Less waste and lighter frames though better technology.

We changed the carbon layup process. In traditional carbon layup processes, sheets of carbon are wrapped around air bladders with an object inside to help keep the form. After carbon is wrapped around the bladder, the object holding the shape is removed and the bladder and carbon fiber are placed in a mold, inflated, and cured. The problem? Carbon wrapping must be loose enough to remove the object before the curing process, which causes overlapping carbon fiber that weakens the frame, adds unnecessary weight, and creates possible air pocket voids that may cause frame failure. Our process is different. We eliminate overlapping fibers, air pocket voids, and tighten carbon wrapping. How do we do this? We use proprietary tooling designs, vacuum compacting, and a different type of internal mold to hold the carbon. The result: the frame is stronger, lighter, and manufacturing consistencies are dramatically increased. This is why we can back all our carbon frames with a lifetime warranty.

Stiffness and Strength

We use carbon fiber on frames, seat posts, forks, and other components. Carbon fiber is very light and can be made stiff or flexible. The term commonly used to describe stiffness is ''modulus''. Generally speaking, we want frames to be laterally stiff for efficient power transfer and vertically compliant for comfort and less fatigue when riding.

Design Process

All bikes are designed in-house in Lindon, UT and made with the upmost attention to detail.

Design to Reality.

From initial conception to delivery to an ecstatic customer, we put in countless hours and resources to develop the best possible bikes. Passion, persistence, and constant refinement are our maxim as we hone our craft and deliver exceptional riding experiences to everyone who has the opportunity to ride a Fezzari. When one project is completed, we begin anew, synthesizing our acquired knowledge to develop the next generation of bicycle evolution.

Data-Driven Design.

At Fezzari, we prioritize rider fit and comfort in the design process of our bikes. To ensure that our bikes meet the needs of a diverse range of riders, we incorporate decades of real-world rider fit data into our design process. This data is collected through various means, including fitting sessions with professional bike fitters, feedback from riders, and ergonomic testing.

What's the difference between the Wiki, Abajo, and Cascade models

The Wiki, Abajo, and Cascade Peak are Fezzari’s premiere aluminum alloy full-suspension bikes. All three models feature the same high-end alloy frame, the difference between them is the components. In short, the Wiki, Abajo, and Cascade could be viewed as ‘good, better, best’ options when compared to each other in their given category. Full spec differences are listed under ‘Build Specs’ above.

What is the warranty/guarantee?

Every Fezzari comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame.

How will my bike arrive to me?

All Fezzari bikes go through our 23-Point Custom Setup making sure the bike is fit and tuned specifically to you. They are test-ridden before delivery. If your bike is shipped to you, it's still tuned and ready to ride and requires just a couple of minutes of assembly.

Can a water bottle fit inside the frame?

All sizes can fit one water bottle inside the front triangle. Our Fezzari Dual Entry Bottle Cage and Fezzari Water Bottle are available to add to your bike at checkout.

Can I run a dropper post?

Yes! The Cascade Peak includes a dropper post and the Abajo and Wiki have cable routing for an internally routed dropper post. The option to add a dropper post is available at checkout on these models. The advantages of a dropper post are on-the-fly saddle height adjustment at the push of a button. It allows you to lower the seat when descending for more confidence and control while at the same time allowing you to raise the saddle back up for pedaling sections without ever getting off the bike. It also makes it easier to get on and off the bike since you can lower the saddle before mounting the bike.

Can I have the bike set up tubeless? What are the advantages of a tubeless set-up?

Yes! The option to add a tubeless set-up is available at checkout. The advantages of a tubeless set-up are increased flat protection from punctures and the ability to run a lower tire pressure for increased comfort and traction on the trail.

29er or 27.5+ tires? What’s the difference?

The Cascade, Abajo, and Wiki can accept both 29er and 27.5+ tires, making them highly versatile. 29er tires have a larger diameter than 27.5+ tires. In contrast, 29er tires are narrower than 27.5+ tires. In terms of on-trail feel, 29er tires offer a more precise, point-and-shoot feeling and provide better rollover capability over trail obstacles due to their larger diameter. 27.5+ tires have a more playful demeanor and feel more nimble. Their extra width allows for increased plushness and extra traction. This lends to a very confidence-inspiring ride for less experienced riders or someone who prioritizes playful handling.

What is the bottom bracket spec?

The Cascade, Abajo, and Wiki use a 73mm BSA English thread bottom bracket. Our philosophy is simple, if the bike is intended to be ridden on dirt, it gets a threaded bottom bracket. Threaded bottom brackets are easier to service and maintain.

What is the headset spec?

Top: ZS44; Bottom: ZS56.

What are the dropout dimensions and axle spec?

Rear Dropout: 12mm x 148mm spacing, Rear Axle: 174mm length | M12 x 1.0P | 20mm thread length, Front Dropout: 15mm x 110mm spacing, Front Axle: Per fork manufacture.

What is the maximum tire clearance?

Rear Tire: 29in x 2.5in or 27.5in x 2.8in., Front Tire: Per fork manufacturer. (Typically 29in x 2.6in or 27.5in x 2.8in.)

What derailleur hanger is used on the Cascade, Abajo, and Wiki?

The SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) derailleur hanger is used on these models. A hanger can be purchased directly from Fezzari.

What to do if a bike is damaged in shipping?
Torque Wrench
