Speed

No rider likes wasting energy. Power transfer and acceleration are the keys to speed. Focusing largely on lateral stiffness at the rear axle, the Veyo ensures that every watt is optimized for pushing the rider forward. We did this with meticulous planning on Veyo’s carbon layup structure and frame tube shaping.

Performance

Veyo is the ultimate do-everything performance road bike. For those looking for fun and speed while racing, training, or on their weekend club ride, Veyo is the bike for you.

Tackling Aerodynamics Head-On

By giving the headtube an hourglass shape, Veyo minimizes the frontal area of the bike - becoming virtually invisible to drag. We gave the fork an aggressive aero shape opening the area up to create more airflow around the tires. The space can also accommodate up to 32c tires.

Fore and Aft Tuned Fork Flex

Fore and aft tuned flex (total of 3.3mm designed movement) provide front end and upper body comfort while maintaining lateral rigidity to ensure Veyo can carve corners, too. Also, the fork weighs 350g, unbelievably light and 15% lighter than most other premier forks on the market.

SIZE SPECIFIC GEO

Size-optimized geo provides the perfect balance of fit and handling in all scenarios: high speed crit race corners, agile handling in pelotons, stability on descents and rough roads, and comfort in the saddle on long training days.

"The short version is this: It’s fast, fully modern with ample tire clearance, comfortable enough, and also really, really fast. Did I mention it’s fast? Because it is most definitely, noticeably, very fast."

Ride Quality

We strategically placed the seat stay lower on the seat tube to provide more comfort without losing stiffness or power transfer. Using advanced carbon layup techniques, we were able to tune the ride characteristics to ensure that Veyo is reactive under heavy acceleration but supple when the roads get rough.

Less waste and lighter frames though better technology.

We changed the carbon layup process. In traditional carbon layup processes, sheets of carbon are wrapped around air bladders with an object inside to help keep the form. After carbon is wrapped around the bladder, the object holding the shape is removed and the bladder and carbon fiber are placed in a mold, inflated, and cured. The problem? Carbon wrapping must be loose enough to remove the object before the curing process, which causes overlapping carbon fiber that weakens the frame, adds unnecessary weight, and creates possible air pocket voids that may cause frame failure. Our process is different. We eliminate overlapping fibers, air pocket voids, and tighten carbon wrapping. How do we do this? We use proprietary tooling designs, vacuum compacting, and a different type of internal mold to hold the carbon. The result: the frame is stronger, lighter, and manufacturing consistencies are dramatically increased. This is why we can back all our carbon frames with a lifetime warranty.

Stiffness and Strength

We use carbon fiber on frames, seat posts, forks, and other components. Carbon fiber is very light and can be made stiff or flexible. The term commonly used to describe stiffness is ''modulus''. Generally speaking, we want frames to be laterally stiff for efficient power transfer and vertically compliant for comfort and less fatigue when riding.

What's my frame size?
Your height will determine a general recommended frame size. Occasionally, based on other body measurements, you may feel more comfortable on a different size. We recommend completing the 23-Point Custom Setup when completing your order.
Bike Support
Fezzari is ready to assist in any support needed. You can reach us via phone, email, or text. You can also visit us in person at our Factory HQ located in Lindon, UT. Visit our Support Page for contact info any questions you may have.
Why this geo?
When choosing geometry, we established specific ride handling characteristics we wanted in Veyo and then worked backwards adjusting each geometry point of each frame size to achieve these goals. A key focus for us was to have proper weight balance to ensure a sporty feel and quick acceleration, while maintaining stability and control. Size-optimized geo provides the perfect balance of fit and handling in all scenarios: tight crit race corners, peloton pace lines, high speed descents, rough roads, and long training days in the saddle.

Behind the Bike - Veyo

SUPPORT

What is the frame weight?

860g for a medium SL frame. The SL fork weighs 350g - unbelievably light and 15% lighter than most other premier forks on the market.

How does the bike handle?

The Veyo is lightning fast. Agile directional changes, carving turns at high speed, and riding shoulder-to-shoulder in the peloton is where the Veyo thrives. If we could embody the nature of the Veyo in one word, it would be spirited—it’s gutsy, dynamic power purposefully designed for the fastest bike situations imaginable. Veyo is your new category leader.

What sizes is the Veyo offered in?

5 sizes—XS, S, M, L, and XL. Our 23-Point Custom Setup uses your measurements to help determine your frame size and component setup to fit your Veyo to you. Also, with geometry specific sizing, you can be assured that you will get the exact fit and intended performance on any size of Veyo.

What is the maximum tire clearance?

We gave the fork an aero shape and opened the area up to create more airflow around the tires, or the space can be used to run 32mm tires.

How many water bottles can it hold?

Two inside the front triangle on every size.

What drivetrains are compatible with the Veyo?

The Veyo is compatible with both 1x and 2x drivetrains. All mechanical drivetrains are compatible. For electronic drivetrains, SRAM eTap and AXS drivetrains as well as Shimano Di2 drivetrains are compatible.

How can I know I am getting the right size?

All Fezzari bikes go through our 23-Point Custom Setup™ making sure the bike is fit and tuned specifically to you and your body measurements.

What type of derailleur hanger is used?

A custom Fezzari Road Derailleur Hanger (FRDH) is utilized on the frame. It is optimized for road rear derailleurs. In a pinch, however, a SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) can be used. With a UDH, the hanger is optimized for mountain rear derailleurs and will have sub-optimal performance with cassettes that have largest sprocket smaller than 36 teeth. A spare FRDH can be purchased from Fezzari.

What is the warranty/guarantee?

Every Fezzari frame is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and our Love it or Return it Guarantee.

What is the disc brake mounting standard?

Flat mount 140/160. the rear brake mount thickness is 25mm, so 32mm bolt length is required to mount your brakes.

What are the headset dimensions?

The Standardized Headset Identification System (SHIS) is IS52 / 28.6 I IS56 / 40(45°). This is used with the 1.5”/1.5” headtube. We have chosen to use the FSA SRS headsets for simple, clean cable management with a custom Fezzari upper bearing cap. FSA ACR is also compatible if the matching stem is also used in conjunction with the custom Fezzari upper bearing cap. Both custom top caps for ACR/SRS, and standard road stems are included with every bike and frameset.

What is the bottom bracket on Veyo?

Veyo uses a BB86 bottom bracket standard.

What are the front and rear axle dimensions?

The front axle is M12x118mmxP1.5. Rear: M12x168mmxP1.0.

What is the seat clamp on Veyo?

Veyo includes an integrated seat clamp design that is included with every complete bike and frameset.
