Nik Nestoroff wins another Big Mountain Enduro

Fezzari pro enduro racer Nik Nestoroff reigns supreme once more! Riding his La Sal Peak, he clinched another Big Mountain Enduro win, maintaining an unbeaten record in the series. Nestoroff's dominance solidifies his status as a force to be reckoned with in the world of enduro racing.

This comes just a month after the first race of the series that Nik also won. Read about his first win here.

The BME is North America's premier enduro racing series and is widely known for its challenging and rough trails, comprising a mix of backcountry and lift-accessed stages. BME races are 2 day events where the rider has to battle the physical and mental toll of long races. This is why the La Sal Peak is Nik's bike of choice for these races.

After day one, Nik was sitting in 6th place about 15 seconds back from the leader of the race.

On day 2 Nik was battling all day to make his way back up into podium position. Up until the last stage the top three riders were all within a couple seconds of each other.

Nik is known for his grit and fitness which translates to great results late in the race. Mix that with a bike that is efficient and he was not only able to pull into the lead on the last stage, but gain a 7 second lead as well. To gain over 20 seconds in one day of racing is unheard of and is an incredible accomplishment.

"Really happy to win the second round of the Big Mtn Enduro series in Arizona. To make it back to back wins on the La Sal Peak gives me a lot of confidence going into the remainder of this season!"

Nik Nestoroff

"We spent countless hours designing this bike to carry the best riders in the world to the top of the podium. It makes the whole product team very happy to realize this goal and help Nik achieve his goals. This proves the La Sal Peak is one of the fastest enduro bikes on the planet!"

Tyler Cloward, Director of Product Development

Nik has been riding the La Sal peak for 6 months and says it is his favorite bike. The steep seat tube angle makes the long race days easier and more efficient on the climbs in between stages. 170mm of travel create a endless and supportive feeling for the big hits and high speed sections.

He raced the Butterscotch color and it was turning a lot of heads at the event. He uses a Shimano drivetrain and Fox Factory suspension.
